Is the hotel easy to find?

Absolutely! The Intercity train station and the nearby bus station in Gouda are approximately a 10-minute walk away. Are you coming by car to City Hotel Gouda? The Q-Park Bolwerk parking garage is located underneath the hotel, providing direct access. Book your parking space through our website to enjoy a discount!

What are the opening hours of The Lounge?

From Monday to Friday, you can enjoy a delicious and extensive breakfast buffet from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. On weekends, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

For a cold beer, a fine glass of wine, or another refreshing drink accompanied by a tasty Deli Supper meal, visit The Lounge any time of the day.

Looking for a nightcap before heading to bed? The Lounge is open until midnight.

What payment methods does the hotel offer?

In our hotel, we accept payments by debit card, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and cash. Additionally, you can pay via Apple Pay or bank transfer. Our bank details are available upon request.

Can I cancel my booking?

We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your booking. You can always cancel your reservation, but please note that cancellation policies may apply. You can find these terms with your reservation or request them from one of our colleagues.

Is the hotel weelchair friendly?

Yes, the hotel is wheelchair accessible. While we do not have specific differently abled rooms, we can provide you with grab bars and/or a shower chair to make your stay more comfortable. There is an elevator available that connects both the Q-park parking garage and the hotel lobby, taking you to the first, second, or third floor.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Assistance dogs are welcome.

How can I inform the hotel about my food allergy?

Do you have a special diet and/or an allergy? Please let us know via email at least one week before your arrival so that our Kitchen Stars can accommodate your needs.
